Barry Abrams DENIED in court, voters across SBISD get a big win.

On March 13th, Barry Abrams’ attempt to disenfranchise every voter in SBISD was summarily DENIED by the Judge in Elizondo vs. SBISD, who dismissed Mr. Abrams’ injunction request, with prejudice.

Bottom line: we are going to have our May 2022 school board election, as scheduled. Mr. Abrams had been attempting to cancel the aforementioned election on dubious grounds.
